Tony Portell 
I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband, a father, and serve the family of Life Church.
I've been privileged to have started and franchised a business internationally, developed a short-term missions program called International STEP, served as a Police Chaplain in Colorado and Missouri, and as a youth pastor and campus pastor. I have served some wonderful people across the country while enjoying it all with the love of my life, Lori and two incredible children, Clayton and Faith and a wonderful daughter-in-law, Starla.
Besides pastoring, I am also serve as Chaplain for the Wayne Township Fire Department and the Indiana Crisis Assistance Response Team.

Besides pastoring, I am a big brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters, volunteer for American World Adoption Association, and enjoy working with technology. In our free time, my wife and I love taking walks, playing board games, watching movies, and anything that involves our son.
TJ Hampton
Worship Team Leader
I am a father to two amazing children and the husband of a very patient woman!
I began playing music in the 3rd grade and I never looked back. I have been playing and writing worship music since I was 14 years old. I am also a guitar teacher, and I have had the privilege of teaching more than 250 private students. I have been involved in seven worship recordings as a guitarist, song writer, and producer. I also serve as the music director for a multi-cultural Spanish Language service. I have enjoyed the opportunity to play with many great musicians here in the local music scene. I have been leading worship corporately for 9 years and I have been with Life Church since 2006. I love to worship the One True God and I love teaching others.
Jessica Hampton LifeKids Team Leader
I am a child of God, a wife to my wonderful husband TJ, a mother of two precious children, and serve the families of Life Church Indianapolis.
I have a passion to teach kids that God not only has a plan for their parents' lives but their lives as well. I also have a passion to reach out to the community around us. I enjoy volunteering at local elementary schools and coaching soccer and cheerleading for the Ben Davis Cadets.
I am very much a kid at heart, I prefer chocolate milk over coffee, I love places like the Children's Museum and Chuck E. Cheese, and I love dancing around my living room to kids' worship music with my own children, Paige and Eli.
Over the years God has radically transformed my life and brought me into an amazing relationship with Him. During that time He gave me a passion to reach out to teenagers and to see Him touch their live like he did mine. For me there is nothing better than getting to watch God transform someone’s life. Before coming to Life Church I was a volunteer for 2 years at a youth group. I have been through ministry school and am seeking to continue my education. I know that God is going to do amazing things in the lives of the students in this community and I am very excited to be a part of it. Praise God..
