There are so many problems in the world, oil prices, food shortages, global warming, AIDs, exacerbated by natural disasters. Where is God? Is He really in control? Why isn’t He doing anything? In this series we explore the Kingdom of God.

Jesus came and spoke about the Kingdom of God and also the Kingdom of Heaven. This was His first message, His primary message, and the message He told His disciples to preach. It is the first and last message we see the Church preaching in the Book of Acts.

His message was bold and brought Him in direct conflict with Rome and the Jewish Leaders who did not see Him as the Messiah they had longed anticipated who would overthrow Roma and restore Israel to its glory days as it had been under Solomon.

What is this Kingdom of God and what difference did it make to the people of Jesus day and what does it have to do with what is going on the world today?
